I have done a factory reset, clean install and dosent fix issue.
I found out that AntiVirus was quarintining it because apparently it is a Trojan Virus? Absurd! I am currently contacting Lenovo to help me and if it is actually a Trojan Virus and won't even know what to say. I try installing the package the installer opens then straight away closes. I did battery diagnostics and found out that the info was false and it was charging.

I try installing the power management software ACPI driver for my model : It is compatible and I need this driver because on the battery icon on system tray it shows the wrong estimated time before fulled charged for example when it is 23 % 3 mins till full charge. Same thing here ! I have Lenovo Z50-75 that came with WIN10 64bit Home.
